2. Ruby’s Sno-Balls

Getting a snowball during the heat of summer sounds magical, right? Well, if you head to Ruby’s Sno-Balls, you can get your own hand-formed mound of ice flavored to your liking. Ruby’s explains their "sno-ball" treats as "a frozen treat that originated in New Orleans in the 1930s. Block ice is very finely shaved and topped with flavors made with pure cane sugar. The ice of a sno-ball is soft and velvety, which allows the flavoring to be absorbed throughout." Two popular flavors include Vietnamese coffee and grapefruit. They also offer optional toppings like gummy bears, sweetened condensed milk, chamoy (made in house), a lime squeeze and even a pickle. 

3. Cauldron Ice Cream

At Cauldron Ice Cream, you will be served an ice cream concoction that feels so special you may have a hard time taking the first bite. Most visitors opt for their ice cream selection to be formed into a rose shape, at no additional cost. Another option that most visitors choose is their bubble waffle cone. If you have not yet heard of a bubble waffle, it is an egg-based waffle that is cooked to where the waffle has "bubbles", or spherical shapes, throughout. Their ice cream flavors change each month and they often have dairy-free options. For the finishing touch, choose from a variety of toppings like sprinkles, chocolate chips, honey, and s’mores.

4. Berry Naked

Craving something sweet, but not wanting to undo the hard work you have put into your diet? Berry Naked has you covered. Berry Naked has sweet offerings that you can indulge in guilt-free. They have "soulful" bowls with a blended base and toppings like sliced fruit, granola, chia seeds, bee pollen and coconut shavings.
